Rebecca Hebert

I was born on the East Coast of New Brunswick, in a small town called Shediac. I love living by the water so I haven't moved too far, and I am currently in Moncton.

After taking some time off from school to find out what I wanted to do as a profession, I decided to take the massage therapy course at Eastern College. I have recently started my business and love how rewarding of a career it is.

Three years ago I met Justin Breau through a mutual friend and have always kept each other on social media. One day Justin seen my snapchat story that I had posted of food that I was eating that day, he gave me some advice and explained why what I was eating wasn't a good choice. We have now been working together to increase my muscle mass and stay toned and lean for just over a year.

With the help and guidance of New Leaf Fitness I will be doing a bikini competition this coming November! I am very excited to continue working with Justin and Kirstin.
